Pavlova

Ingredients:

  • 1tsp Cornflour
  • 1tsp White Vinegar
  • 6oz Caster Sugar
  • 3 egg whites

Method:

  1. In a grease-free bowl, whisk egg whites until you have stiff peaks.
  2. Gradually add in 1/2 the sugar and whisk until stiff peaks again.
  3. Once you have gotten stiff peaks, fold in the other 1/2 of the sugar and the remaining ingredients.
  4. Bake on a sheet of parchment paper for 1 hour at 120oC/250oF.
  5. Once removed from the oven, decorate with fresh cream and fruit of your choice.
