Ingredients:
- 1tsp Cornflour
- 1tsp White Vinegar
- 6oz Caster Sugar
- 3 egg whites
Method:
- In a grease-free bowl, whisk egg whites until you have stiff peaks.
- Gradually add in 1/2 the sugar and whisk until stiff peaks again.
- Once you have gotten stiff peaks, fold in the other 1/2 of the sugar and the remaining ingredients.
- Bake on a sheet of parchment paper for 1 hour at 120oC/250oF.
- Once removed from the oven, decorate with fresh cream and fruit of your choice.
