1)In your mixing bowl, beat the butter for 5 minutes on a high-speed.
2) Sieve in your icing sugar and mix. Make sure to start on a low-speed and work up your way to
avoid dust clouds.
3) Add in your flavouring, milk and food colouring and mix on a high-speed for 2-3 minutes.

- Flavouring of your choice.
- Food colouring of your choice if desired.
- 1-2tsp of milk to "loosen-up" your icing.
