It's Summertime!! No better way to start summer than a nice refreshing, fresh and most importantly healthy smoothie.
For this recipe, I use banana and kiwi with strawberry flavoured yoghurt. Of course, you can use whatever fruits you want!
Serves: Fills roughly two normal glasses (See photo above).
Ingredients:
- 2 fresh bananas chopped.
- 1 kiwi's inside.
- 240ml milk (Slimline to be extra healthy!😏)
- 115g Strawberry or plain flavoured yoghurt.
- 120ml of Orange Juice.
- 3tbsp of honey to add flavour.
Method:
- Place all ingredients in a bowl/jug.
- Blitz using a hand Blitzer.
- Pour into a glass.
- Enjoy!
