Summer Smoothies!

It's Summertime!! No better way to start summer than a nice refreshing, fresh and most importantly healthy smoothie.

For this recipe, I use banana and kiwi with strawberry flavoured yoghurt. Of course, you can use whatever fruits you want!

Serves: Fills roughly two normal glasses (See photo above).
Ingredients:
  • 2 fresh bananas chopped.
  • 1 kiwi's inside.
  • 240ml milk (Slimline to be extra healthy!😏)
  • 115g Strawberry or plain flavoured yoghurt.
  • 120ml of Orange Juice.
  • 3tbsp of honey to add flavour.
Method:
  1. Place all ingredients in a bowl/jug.
  2. Blitz using a hand Blitzer.
  3. Pour into a glass.
  4. Enjoy!
