Lemon & Lime Cheesecake
















You Will Need:


Base
Main Cake
  •  15 Digestive Biscuits
  • 15 Ginger Nut Biscuits
  • 6 oz of Margarine or Butter
  • 8 squares of Cooking Chocolate

  • 1 block of Vanilla Ice-Cream (Diced)
  • 250 gm Philadelphia Cheese
  • 1 packet of Lemon Jelly
  • 1 packet of Lime Jelly


  1. Line the base of the tin with butter or marg.
  2. Melt together the butter/marg. and chocolate.
  3. Once fully melted, add the fully crushed biscuits and mix.
  4. In a bowl add the cheese and ice-cream until looking creamy.
  5. In a jug dissolve the Lemon jelly with a ¼ pint of boiling water.
  6. add the jelly into the mixture and mix again.
  7. Pour the mixture over the base.
  8. Leave into the fridge overnight to set.
  9. In the morning melt the lime jelly and pour over the top of the cheesecake.
  10. Leave back into the fridge to set.
