- Line the base of the tin with butter or marg.
- Melt together the butter/marg. and chocolate.
- Once fully melted, add the fully crushed biscuits and mix.
- In a bowl add the cheese and ice-cream until looking creamy.
- In a jug dissolve the Lemon jelly with a ¼ pint of boiling water.
- add the jelly into the mixture and mix again.
- Pour the mixture over the base.
- Leave into the fridge overnight to set.
- In the morning melt the lime jelly and pour over the top of the cheesecake.
- Leave back into the fridge to set.
